These Terms govern use of the Stoic Ink Co. website and related posting automation (“Services”), operated for our Etsy shop StoicInkCo and connected social accounts we control, including TikTok.

1. Purpose

This site presents our brand and links to our shop. Our automation tools generate short product videos from our own listing photos and publish them to accounts we own or control. The Services are not offered as a public consumer product to third parties.

2. Eligibility

Access to publishing tools is limited to authorized operators of Stoic Ink Co. By using those tools you confirm you have authority to publish on the connected accounts.

3. Content

We only publish content we own or are licensed to use (product photos, titles, and music). We are responsible for compliance with platform rules, including commercial disclosure and music usage requirements.

4. Third-party platforms

Publishing uses official APIs (including TikTok). Use of those platforms remains subject to their Terms and Community Guidelines. We do not scrape or resell platform user data.

5. Shop purchases

Orders placed through Etsy are governed by Etsy’s policies and our shop policies on Etsy.

6. Availability

The Services are provided “as is”. We may modify or discontinue them at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoic Ink Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or platform API changes.
