This Privacy Policy explains how Stoic Ink Co. handles information on this website and when our posting automation publishes our own product content to social platforms, including TikTok.

1. Who we are

Stoic Ink Co. is an Etsy shop selling philosophy-inspired apparel. Our automation is an internal tool for posting to accounts we control.

2. Data we process

• OAuth tokens and account identifiers needed to post to platforms we connect (e.g. TikTok open_id and access tokens)
• Product data from our own Etsy shop (titles, images, listing URLs)
• Generated media files stored temporarily for publishing
• Basic technical logs (timestamps, success/error status of API calls)
• Standard website server logs (IP, user agent) when you visit this site

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not scrape TikTok user profiles, followers, or private messages. We do not use our tools to collect data about platform end users beyond what is required to publish our own posts.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with the platforms we publish to through their official APIs, and with infrastructure providers that host our site and automation (e.g. Cloudflare).

5. Retention

Access tokens are kept while the integration remains active. Generated videos are deleted after a short retention period. Logs may be kept for troubleshooting.

6. Security

We use HTTPS. Credentials for automation are stored in our credentials vault.

7. Your rights

If you authorized our app and wish to revoke access, disconnect it from your platform account settings or contact us to delete stored tokens.
